How’s the business during Chinese New Year Holiday?

We asked few friends whom open guest house in Lijiang Chinese new year booking status. Few weeks ago, we thought it would be great for CNY booking, but until today, lots of guest house without any booking during CNY. What’s the reasons? After discuss, we should “THANKS” news because all the news saying Yunnan is snowing and road frozen, it scares all traveler. Oh please. Don’t make last year situation again, it’s not fun at all!!!~~

Today is 大寒

Today is a bit cold but that means sense. From traditional calendar, today is 大寒 – the coldest period for an year. For coming 15 days, weather should be cold, around -3 at morning 9 afternoon. Then 立春 will come and weather will be warmer. Time to plan and follow the new target for coming year!! WOOOW!

Today after customer went out at morning, electricity was out. Is good that out of electricity after customer went out. It back to work after 5pm, I heard that whole Shuhe old town is out of electricity today, should be main maintainance.
After drive customer to main enterance, I went to Tim’s house help him moving as he is movng to new house. Today need to bring all glasses to his new house. From 10 – 6, go around 6 times, I am totally out of power, anyway, it good day today.
No time for move old blogs to this address today, maybe do it tomorrow or day after. Also, need to watering Bonnie’s farm as she is at HK now. OMG, much to work on. One more solar heat water system company will come tomorrow morning as well as I am thinking to add another set of solar heating water system, so that I can save more money on using electricity heating water at winter.

GOOD that just saw a software called “GTranslate” in Plugins column, can translate 58 languages… need to try it tonight so can move all my old Chinese blogs here without translation manually.
